    esignal Intraday

    Not getting intraday data on my esigna connection, even when it's the only one connected. I can get daily bars and when I got to the eSignal platform and another platform I can get the data, so I know I have the right subscription. This happens on both stocks and futures.
    Suggestions?

    Are you receiving the error below:
    Error on requesting bars series: 'historical download request failed. Error code = '- 105.

    Typically if you are getting this error it indicates that the username and password in NinjaTrader do not match the username and password in the Data Manager in eSignal.

    I recommend that you write your username and password into notepad, and then copy and paste these into the eSignal Data Manager and make sure this connects, then also copy and paste these into NinjaTrader. This will ensure the username and password are exactly the same.
