Account balance issue

Im a new user, Im using version 8.0.15.1 (64 bits) with a free licence key.
Im using the account username and password provide after opening the account.

An accredited amount appears in my broker account but in the ninjatrader account there is no. Even though the account appears in ninjatrader with my name and respective account number all the lines of the account are in 0

Thank you for your post.

Typically you will need to place and cancel one live order to receive an update in the platform from your broker with your account balance. This may be done by placing an order far outside where the market is currently trading and then canceling it.

Thank you for your reply.

Please use the steps below to email your log and trace files to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com so that I may look into this.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
