License Key removed and not working "The backdoor code you entered is invalid"

(I have the latest version on NT8)

I just tried to open up NT and it said that I needed to enter my license key.

When I went to enter my Lifetime license key I noticed the spot where it goes is blank.

I then entered my key and it gives me an error. "The backdoor code you entered is invalid"

It was working fine, the last time I used NT.

Also just noticed when I go to "Help" "About" it shows my license key there. But when I go to input the key it's blank.

Weird. I reset my router and restarted my PC and it's working now.

Connection issues can cause issues with license verification, as your PC must be able to reach the license server to verify successfully. I'm glad to hear it's now working, but feel free to let us know at platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com if this behavior returns.
