Request: Optimizer min;max;inc parameters field should support internationalization

Hi,

the min;max;inc combination parameters field in the current NT8 version is the only field I have found that does not support internationalization for the decimal separator.
When parsing the values the field strips the commas and converts the values to integers, the single value min/max/inc fields are fine.
It's a minor inconvenience but since NT does such a good job everywhere else it should be easy to add.

my region, which determines the formats, is set to Germany, system language is English.
My guess would be anybody whose locale uses a decimal separator that is not a dot will have the same experience.
Interestingly the field only allows me to write numbers and commas but when it loses focus the comma will be stripped.
