Zone Indicator

Hello,
I wanted to ask if there is an indicator that I could add that would allow me to draw in "zones" along with associated text similar tot he picture?
I did try the indicator here, but it does not allow for zone to be plotted, only one price can be entered. https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/use.../colorzone3-2/

I'm not personally aware of an existing indicator like this.
