NT8 Best Practices - Overnight & Weekends

What are best practices for NT8 outside of trading hours? Disconnect, shut down, both, niether?

In general, I would say that shutting down NinjaTrader when you'll be away from NinjaTrader is the 'best practice'. Restarting NinjaTrader (and your PC) regularly is usually a good idea.

However, there is not necessarily a 'best practice'. The 'best practice' for you may be different from another user who is holding overnight positions, for example.
