    Cant connect to account

    Good day,

    I was using NT in the simulation mode and everything went fine, I decided to move forward with a funded account but when i put the credentials on the computer it does not connect. I changed the license and servers already but i dont know what else could it be. I tried uninstalling the software to no avail since it picks all the previous information ( and no, im not in global simulation mode). I used my wife computer (fresh installation and went through without issues) which make me think that if i reset the program completely it might work, As i said i uninstalled the program few times already and check, app data, cache, clear temps, registry etc but nothing. Any ideas how to fix this?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post. Are you receiving an error when attempting to connect? If so, what does it report?

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
