Auto scale
I'm failing to understand what is supposed to happen when I uncheck "Auto Scale" in the data series properties window. It seems to me the chart still scales with price changes. But maybe I'm missing something. What are the expected results when auto scale is turned off?Tags: None

Hello martyn73,
At least one object has to be in the auto scale (which is usually the data series).
But if there multiple objects, these do not have to be included with the autoscale.
The autoscale adjusts the range and scale to ensure the scale at the top includes the highest object to be in view and at the bottom the lowest object to be in view for any objects being included with autoscaling.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

I squeezed my chart together vertically, so the "F" shows up on the scale bar. Then I added a text object to the upper right, and enabled AutoScale. Then I hit the "F" button the return to auto-scaling, thinking the text I added would now stay on-screen, but it did not....
