Difference between Kinetick data and TD ameritrade Level II ?

Where can I read about what is the difference between the type of information Kinetick provides vs what Ameritrade Consolidated Level II does?
I can take personal preference or experience/observation, but I would prefer some authoritative sources.

Definitely not helpful. I asked for difference. Or comparison. Because I don't know. So, just showing me what NT has does not help me see what the difference is. Thanks
