ChartTrader ATM Bug Causes Extra Erroneous Orders To Be Submitted

There is an issue with NinjaTrader ChartTrader and the ATM dialog. This happens in live mode (happened to me twice today before I realized what was happening, cost me two commissions). The following is how it is reproduced:

    * start with a chart with chart trader turned on, and ATM Strat set to None, Qty = 1 (account can be sim or live)
    * while flat, set ATM strat to Custom
    * set Profit to something like 8
    * highlight stop loss qty, set to zero, tab out of field, this will reset stop back to one tick as zero is not supported
    * at this point, cancel the dialog so the custom ATM is not used
    * now ChartTrader will still indicate None as ATM choice

    * Now enter a trade long or short
    * set a limit order to exit and allow it to be hit

When the order executes and the position goes to flat, Ninja will generate a stop order at one tick offset, and then may get filled. This should not be happening since no ATM is selected!! Clearly, some part of the canceled ATM strat is somehow being picked up. To clear the errant behavior, you only need to select a different ATM and then re-select back to None.

I have seen this live and just reproduced in sim at will in ver 8.21.

Please fix (and dont ask me to reproduce in safe mode).

    Hello aslane,

    Thank you for your reply.

I'm not able to replicate this on my end. Would you be able to supply a screencapture video of how you're getting this behavior to trigger? I'm not sure I'm quite doing everything correctly and I'd like to confirm.

Thanks in advance; I look forward to assisting you further.

I would but your 1MB size limit is rather ridiculous for video (even compressed). I will send to support email and have them forward to you..

Note: in the video, the stop order goes in and executes very quickly

In playing with this some more, I do not think changing the stop is necessary. Just canceling the dialog seems to cause the issue. So, go from None -> Custom, then cancel the dialog, then issue is reproduced.

I also verified that this does happen in safe mode.

Just adding from email reply on 5/6/2020:
        Thank you for your video.

That was very helpful — I've been able to reproduce this behavior. I will be sending this to our development team for them to take a look at. As soon as I hear back from them I'll let you know.
