Failed to Process 'ToAdapterThread'

Just after executing an EnterLong() but before it created the stop loss order, I got the following error which then froze my ES AND MES charts;
Failed to Process 'ToAdapterThread'. 'Index was outside of the bounds of the array.'
There is no array handling in my code at that point.
So, the error happens just after these 2 lines:

SetStopLoss(SG+"-1", CalculationMode.Ticks, Convert.ToInt32(Trail*StopAdj3), false);
entryOrder1=EnterLong(0,Pos1,SG+ "-1");

Can anyone help?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

I followed your instructions after you reviewed my log and trace files and everything looks fine so far.
Since it's probably a rare ocurrance, it may be a while before I really know that it has been resolved.
