    Data does not show when date is changed

    I have the latest version of NT8 installed.

    When I change the date to any date before today on the 70 tick chart, it only shows my 1min EMAS on the chart. Even when I reload all historical data or press F5 it stays the same.

    It works fine when I change the date on the other charts.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I note your other charts are minute charts. This would indicate to me that you don't have historical tick data for that date that you're trying to load. Some data providers do not provide historical tick data, such as Interactive Brokers. Others, like Kinetic, restrict the amount of tick data you can receive during trading hours to 8 days.

    Who is your data provider?

    If you look under Tools > Historical data > expand Historical Data > expand ES 06-20 > expand Last > expand Tick, do you have data there for the date you're attempting to load?

      My data provider is ninjatrader broker...continuum.

      And yes there is data available there.

      I have changed the date many times before and it has always worked.
