ChartBars for chart on a panel #2

I have 2 panels with one chart on each. I need to be able to access the ChartBars object of both these charts from inside a strategy. The default ChartBars object is related to the chart on panel 1. How do I access the ChartBars object for the 2nd panel?

Thank you for your reply.

A strategy cannot be applied to the primary series and access the ChartBars object of a series in a second panel. You would only be able to add a secondary series within the strategy itself using AddDataSeries(). Any additional data series added to a strategy would not have an associated ChartBars object.
