IB Market Data Subscriptions for options

Hello

I am trying to load the options prices into NT8 Option chain for the ETF SPY (see photo) but the current real time prices for SPY come up as N/A, even if I send to Order 'Basic Entry'

Can someone confirm I have the correct data permissions, or should I call I.B instead?

I would first confirm with Interactive Brokers that you have the correct subscriptions to view real-time (not delayed) SPY equity and options data.

Also, what version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?). What version of TWS/Gateway are you using?

Im using 8.0.19.1 64-bit

Also, using TWS 973 (options data shows up for Nasdaq equities like NFLX etc)

I see that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 8. To update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:

• First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
• Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
• Enter your license key and press Submit
• Select 'NinjaTrader 8'
• Select 'Download'
• Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
