Error in 'OnTickSize: Object ref...

Hi. Whenever I connect to my primary (IB), I get "Error in 'OnTickSize:..." in my Log. This doesn't appear to affect anything I'm doing, but just curious why it's popping up and what it's referring to ( I don't have any active strats, etc).

Any ideas?

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Curious as to whether you were able to get your "Error in 'OnTickSize:..." issue resolved ?
I also use IB and have the same errors appear in the Log on occasions.

hey Eric M. Not sure we figured out the problem, though for the time being I'm not seeing the error messages. I'm going to pay more attention if/ when they come up again to see if it's related to strats i'm running or something else.
