Unable to connect to CQG

I receive an error message (invalid user/password) when connecting to CQG. I'm using ninjatrader 8, I've connected secussfuly before. My CQG password username is still good since I can still login to their desktop version.

Hello jcom11235,

Please go to the Control Center->Connections->configure->Select your connection in the lower left panel->Confirm "Demo" is disabled in the right panel->Click Ok then test your connection again.

Yeah, keep trying, but otherwise, just wait.

It's the start of the weekend.
The servers could be offline for maintenance.

No, you don't need live data to send us a note from the platform, just to have NinjaTrader 8 open and an internet connection on your PC.

Have you already registered for a free demo account from our website? If so futures demo account credentials are sent directly from [email protected]. Please check your junk or spam folders for a message from that email address. The email typically takes about 15 minutes to arrive.

Also please note that the exchange has limited demo requests to one every 365 days. If you have exceeded this limit you will not receive login credentials.
