Range Charts

Hi,

I have historical minute data loaded under minute and day. I am able to load all other chart types apart from Renko and Range bars.

Using NT 8.0.11.0 (Multi-Broker)

Can you please clarify.

Glad to assist. These bar types are built via tick data, so it may be the connected data provider does not offer tick data.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Thank you Eric, your explanation answers my question. I do not have tick data. I am connected to Google and the historical data I am using is from ASCII/text loaded onto NT platform.
