No market data available to drive the simulation engine

Hi I’ve opened up a demo account and put in my NinjaTrader continuum log in details and the green light is on so everything’s fine. However, when I click to get a new chart which is ES 06-20 the chart comes up but the ticker does not tick and the price does not move unless I right click the chart and click “reload all historical data” to update this. It also says “there is no market data available to drive the simulation engine”.

I have tried to do everything to fix this but nothing is working.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2528091" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
