NT8 cache

I delete the DB cache every morning, but am finding that I also need to do it after a couple of hours of running NT8. Can I delete the cache while I am running NT8? Or do I need to shut it down and delete and then resume running it?

You would need to shut down NinjaTrader 8 prior to deleting the cache.

May I ask for more detail about what symptoms you're experiencing that are causing you to feel you need to delete the cache daily? This should not be necessary under normal circumstances, so we would want to look at the root cause in order to figure out a long-term solution.
