Historical 1 second chart using IB TWS as data feed

I am trying to show 1 second candlestick charts in NT using IB TWS as data source. But I am only able to see those realtime bars not historical bars before NT is started. Could you please tell me what kind of IB data subscription is needed to get historical 1 second data instead of just realtime streaming data in NT?

Hello,

The API connection used to link IB does not provide historical tick data, which is required for second charts. Therefore you will only see data load from the time you load the chart onward.

Is there other way to get 1 second historical chart in NT, either using other data source or using different IBKR APIs (e.g. FIX CTCI?)?
