Unable to Load .txt data to NT8

Hi

I am trying to upload custom data from .txt file with no joy.
Can someone please look into the file and see what is wrong with it.
Attached 3 files, 1)data file (2)log file snapshot and (3) instruments list

Thank you for your post.


The data in the file does not appear to match any of the compatible formats listed in the help guide. The data will need to be formatted properly before you can import. I corrected this by removing the ":" symbols from your time values and removed the ";" after the date value. The file is attached to this post.



To resolve in the future, please ensure that the data in your file is formatted for NinjaTrader.


For daily bars, the format is:
yyyyMMdd;open price;high price;low price;close price;volume


For minute bars, the format is:
yyyyMMdd HHmmss;open price;high price;low price;close price;volume


For tick bars, the format is:
yyyyMMdd HHmmss;price;volume

I'd like to be able to add S&R levels using txt format.
I read through the 'Importing' section of the guide and don't see a way to do this.
Am I mistaken or willl it not work for putting price levels on my chart?

Unfortunately, what you have described is not available by default using the import function within NInjaTrader.

Go to discotrading.com's website and look under free tools for an indicator "Levels Visualizer NT8". (You will have to scroll well down to the bottom to find it) There are help guides available that should get you started. The indicator has a lot of options and my own experience is that it is very good.
