I am trying to do some analysis on the CL 05-10 contract and the price data from the beginning of the Globex session on 4/13/2020 until 12:01 AM on 4/15/2020 is not being displayed on my charts for anything other than daily charts. I am using 8.0.21.0 with the Rithmic feed, times referenced are PST.
I have attached a daily chart of CL 05-20. This daily chart shows price bars as expected including the dates of 4/13/2020, 4/14/2020 and 4/15/2020. However, when I change to a more granular time based chart, 1 minute, for example, the data from the beginning of the Globex session on 4/13/2020 until 12:01 AM on 4/15/2020 is not displayed (see attached 1 minute chart). This happens for all time based charts regardless of the value selected in the data series, If I change to a tick chart, range chart or renko chart, all the price data is displayed properly (see attached 30 tick range chart).
Why would price data be missing from my time-based charts?
