Show data box - not showing!

Middle of trading, one chart full screen on monitor 2, 2 x smaller charts and control panel on monitor 1...... need data asap


Click show data box - nothing. turn it off. move cursor to different area of workspace - show data box - nothing.



It's somehow hidden behind the workspace.

I cannot reproduce any issue with the databox on my end. Nothing has changed regarding NinjaTrader's databox overnight. We need to find out why this is occurring on your end.

Does the issue persist after restart?

The forum is not the best place to troubleshoot issues that are specific to individual users as we cannot obtain the specific files we need to analyze and resolve what is occurring. Please send us your log, trace, and workspace files by following these steps:

• You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support
• Expand 'Other files' and enable 'Workspace files and UI Settings'.
