    Hello kainermy,

    Thank you for your note.

Could you attach a screenshot of what you're seeing in your chart?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

So I may accurately assist you, please answer all of the following questions:
    • What version of NinjaTrader are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.? or 8.0.?.?)
    • Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
    • Who is your broker?
    • What instrument symbol (and expiry if applicable) have you selected? For example, ES 06-20, AAPL, EURUSD, etc.
    • (For a chart) what interval is selected? For example, 5 minute, 1 day, 2000 volume, 4 Renko, etc.
    • Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
Thank you I'll await your reply.

        Hello kainermy,

        Thank you for that reply.

I can see in your chart that you're looking at a fixed price scale.

I can also see that the last traded price in your chart (the black tag) is matching the last traded price in your SuperDOM, which means you are looking at live data.

However, because you're chart is on a fixed scale you're not able to see all the price movement for the chart you're loading. To resolve this please click the "F" icon that appears on the upper right hand side of your chart.

This will return your chart to autoscale.

f button does nt change to real price
that is not what am looking for .
the price of zn 06-20 at 11am was around 139.0184 $
but for me it shows 139'015

i mean instead of showing prices with a dot ( . ) there is this sign instead like this ( ' ) and it goes up to '315 instead of .999

            Hello kainermy,

            Thank you for your reply.

Apologies for the delay it appears you edited the reply which didn't update me that a new reply had been posted.

Bonds and notes are displayed in fractions and not currency. If you look at the tick size you can see that the ZN is quoted in a tick size of .015625 or 1/64th. This is a persistent formatting as it is what bond pit traders are used to.

It may be possible to change this with custom code, however there is not a native way to change how this instrument is reported.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
