    Chart Recovery

    I'm new to Ninja Trader 8 and when I log on, my connections are successful and my chart setup in Workplaces is highlighted green but my chart does not appear. Any advice?

    If possible, please post a screenshot of what the charts look like after you've connected. We can then best assist further.

      That's the problem, no chart appears.

        I was able to go to restore charts and retrieve my saved charts
