Sudden error

Hello,
Could you comment on the sudden errors that have occurred with the platform? One gets the feeling that the data on the charts after that stopped loading...

Thank you for your note.

I'm seeing several workspaces opening and closing when you start and close your software. These workspace can increase the load on your PC even though they are not visible at the moment. I would recommend closing those workspaces and leaving one workspace open. To do this:

• In the control center, click the workspace menu
• In the workspaces menu, hover over any workspaces with a grey icon next to them (this indicates they are open and receiving data but not visible)
• In the menu that appears click "close"
• Save the workspace if you'd like to retain any changes made since the last save, otherwise click no
• Repeat this process for any open workspaces.
