Mini Dax is not working on Demo

Hello,


i have NT8 in demo running, but the FDXM is not working.
The chart opens but there's no active data.
The chart just stuck with the last tick market data


Would be great to help me out.

Real-time FDXM data is not and was never provided with CQG futures demo data feeds. If you're demo was requested prior to August 17th, you should see real-time data for FDAX. Any demos requested after August 17th will not have access to any live Eurex data.

Receiving historical data only is expected when an instrument is recorded on NinjaTrader's historical data servers, but your connection does not provide real-time data.

If you'd like real-time FDXM data, you'll need a paid data subscription from a supported broker or supplementary data provider.

Sorry that i roll up this topic after all these years but I got the same problem.
How can I trade the mini dax on NT? NT Brokerage is not supporting live data trading with the Mini dax? Who can be a data provider?

To clarify, this is for demo connections specifically- You would be able to view and trade real time data for the Eurex if you have this enabled as a subscription with a NinjaTrader Continuum connection.
