Has anyone else had problems purchasing TT credits for the Static SuperDom and having them applied to your Ninjatrader 8 platform? I purchased them 24 hours ago and they were applied to my Ninjatrader 7 platform but not the NT8. I have a Lifetime License which is the same number for both. I contacted platform support and they have no idea how to help me. All they did was switch my Dom back to the dynamic Dom which is impossible to trade with. I have spent $75 in credits and this is the second day I have not been able to trade. Ninjatrader has extremely slow technical support, and I am getting to the point where I would not recommend their platform to anyone because of this.

Thank you for your post. I am the manager of NinjaTrader's platform sales team and I have been assisting you via email concerning TT credits for the Static SuperDOM.
As I have discussed via email, I am currently working with our development team to address an underlying issue with TT credits. I do not have a specific ETA for when we will have a solution in place, but I will follow up with you via email once I have additional information.
