Any way to anchor a drawing object to chart and NOT have it move with bars?

Hi,

Subject says it all realy. Any way to anchor a drawing object to chart and NOT have it move with bars?

For example, I want to make a drawing on a profile tagged to left/right of chart, or I want to make a text note and not have it scroll away. Any way to anchor the x axis based on the actually distance from margin, and not to a bar/time? I can think of large numbers of ways this could be useful, so if not possible, please consider it a feature request.
