Issue connecting account to Ninja Trader 8. Only sim account shows, not live.

Whenever I try and connect my account to NinjaTrader 8, it connects me with a sim account. On NinjaTrader 7, when I use those same login credentials, it connects me with both a sim and a live account, however, on NT8, it only shows a sim account. I've purchased and activated a data plan, and am attempting to connect with a Continuum Live account.

I was wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this, or if someone could lend some insight into the issue.

Based on the information you've provided, I suspect you do not have a live key entered into your platform. I asked some clarifying questions in my email response to you. Please reply to that email so we may move towards a resolution.
