    Haven't received credentials email from CQG

    Today i registered a new valid demo account with Ninjatrader but i haven't received the username and password from CQG as usual. Is there something wrong with CQG?

    Thank you for your post.

    The CME limits the number of demos that can be active at one time. That limit has been reached for the day.

    You may be able to request a new demo account tomorrow morning. You can request a demo at the link below:Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

          Hello leodrz,

          I am not sure what time the demo accounts from CQG reset. I would suggest trying earlier tomorrow to see if you are able to receive a demo account for future trading.

            Does the early morning you mentioned refer to the morning of UTC time? Or is it morning in New York time?

              I do not know the specific time that the demo accounts from CQG reset. All I can do is suggest that you try requesting a new demo account tomorrow.

                But I read the previous post and it was written that it was 8:00 AM US ET(https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...email-from-cqg).
                I tried it, but I still couldn't receive it, still same issue, so is the time suggestion at 8:00 AM US ET wrong?
                Do I need to try it myself?

                  We were previously under the impression that CQG demos would reset at 8:00 AM ET, but this appears to have been incorrect.
