Why does the CL chart not show this?

I want to know why my CL chart doesn't show the -40.00 that oil dropped to at one point. But I can see that on a free site. Why? I mean, this should be no problem. NT8 Chart is on ETH it's a 240 hour chart, not that it matters.

Thank you for your post.

There is a known issue with our historical data servers due to the negative values of the CL 05-20. The Development Team is exploring the options to fix the negative price data so that it matches reality at this time.

This contract has settled, so ensure that you're rolling over sooner than later:

• From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools> Instrument Manager
• Highlight the contract you wish to rollover on the left side of the Instrument Manager window
• Press the '>' button (the instrument will disappear from the list)
• Press the '<' button and the instrument should re-appear with the front-month expiration date
• Select 'OK'
• Select the updated contract in the Instrument drop-down menu within your currently opened windows (Charts, SuperDOMs, etc).
