Installed Ninja trader 8 - when double click to open it - it does not open

Installed Ninja trader 8 - when double click to open it - it does not open. Could you please help.

You've provided very little to go on.
Please try to answer as many of these questions as you can.

Which version of Windows are you running?
Which version of NT8 did you install?
Did you download the NT8 installer yourself?
When you installed NT8, did you accept all the defaults?
Is this a first time install or an upgrade?
Was the installation successful? No messages?
Did you double click the 32-bit or 64-bit icon?
Are both 32-bit & 64-bit icons non-responsive to your double-click?
Do you have this problem with any other icons on your desktop?
What happens when you right-click the icon and select 'Open' from the menu?
Did you try a complete uninstall, re-download & re-install of NT8?
Have you changed anything with your mouse settings?
