Ninjatrader connection issue from Socks5 proxy server

Hi - I live in an environment where there is Internet restriction, and I have to browse internet and trade through Socks5 proxy server. Before I had no problems with it. But from these 2 days, I can't log on Kinetick through Socks5 proxy server. It keeps saying logon failed. But if I turn off my VPS, it works normal.

btw, I use Proxifier and ShadowsocksR as my VPS. I need to have the VPS on because the connection is very slow without it (internet restriction).

FYI - With socks5 proxy server connected, I can log into Kinetick end of day (free), but My Kinetick doesn't work. The error message is No server IP addresses found.

Download Sockcap64 (free). Make sure that you go the the .exe program file, right click, go to Properties and click the box that says "Run as administrator". You have to click this box for it to work. Or at least I did. Your welcome! Good luck!

The issue might be related to how Kinetick handles connections through your Socks5 setup or a recent update in Proxifier or ShadowsocksR. Since it works when your VPS is off, it could be a conflict between Proxifier’s routing rules and the VPS settings.
