Does this order persist if you restart NinjaTrader? If so, we advise that you reset the Simulation account to resolve this item.

Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account:
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the Accounts tab
    • Right click on your simulation account and select 'Edit Account'
    • Press the "Reset" button

Thank you. I've tried this option. As I have said above when I reset (with clearing history) the platform get stuck and does not respond (Pic.#2). Moreover, I reinstalled the platform to the different VPS on weekend and loaded-up via backup file and this order is still alive.

Approximately how long did you wait after using the reset before ending the process?

What is the size of your database file? To check, follow these steps:
        • Navigate to Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Double left click on the 'db' folder
        • Right-click on 'NinjaTrader.sdf' (may only say 'NinjaTrader' depending on your Windows settings) > Properties
        • Tell me the size
If your backup included your database file, then this would be expected.

Renaming your database will resolve this item::
        • Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
        • Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 8--> db--> "NinjaTrader.sdf" file (may only say 'NinjaTrader' depending on your Windows File Explorer settings)
        • Right click on NinjaTrader.sdf and select "Rename" *Name it "OLDNinjaTrader.sdf"
        • Then restart the software and NinjaTrader will create a fresh database file to use
        • Unfortunately the following items stored in the old database will be lost - Trading Hours templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments, historical trade execution data, saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results
