    Data feed reconnection delay time

    Hi there,
Is there a way to set a reconnection delay time so I can control for how long the system should wait until its next attempt to reconnect?
My issue is, when the datafeed disconnects and NT8 tries to reconnect, the retry delay seems toooo fast (only 1 sec delay) that my datafeed provider would regard it as a multiple connection and rejects the connection. Most of the NT data connects would end up to exceed the limits of retries and renders my system to lost the datafeed. I can only use manual intervene to disconnect and then, with a bit of delay, a manual reconnect with 100% successful.
    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    Thanks for your post.

Unfortunately, the adapter would not be able to set such a delay. I would recommend using an Ethernet hardwired connection over WiFi which would help mitigate this issue with slower connectivity as a first troubleshooter.

Please let me know if I may be of any further assistance.
