Error when opening NT8

I have the latest version of NT8: 8.0.21.1

1. I keep getting the error in the screen shot every time I open the program.
2. Lots of lag on the charts, which normally doesn't happen.
3. Candles not forming on the 1 and 5 min charts for the live candle, price is moving, but no candle is showing.
4. Indicators keep dissappearing when I open the program
5. When I try to load the template for my chart to get my indicators back, some come back with different settings than what I saved it with.
6. The problem started a couple days ago, but I would only get the error in the screenshot....none of the other issues were happening like they are now.

I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2512463 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
