No Connection

It is 8:13AM East Coast time. I've been unable to get a live connection for some time today. Is it on my end or is there an unusually long period of weekend maintenance taking place that is preventing connection? I have long wished that Ninja would place on their home page in a prominent location any downtime status so their clients would know if it is normal maintenance or instead an issue on the client's system. Seems the courteous thing to do. Thank you.

It displays a message

"Unable to connect to the remote server"

Thank you for your posts.

The behavior you are all experiencing is due to data servers undergoing maintenance at this time. Maintenance will be finished before the markets open Sunday afternoon so that you can connect to your account again. Weekend maintenance is infrequent but expected.
