super dom showing depth for only 2 prices

Hi, my SuperDOM has been showing ES 06-20 these first 3 days I have been using NT.

I changed the symbol to MES 06-20 and then back to ES and my screen has depth for only two prices.

How can I fix this? (or is this right)

There are two likely root causes:
    • 'Show market depth' is disabled in the SuperDOM settings
    • Your connected data feed is not enabled for level II data
To check for the first cause, right-click on your SuperDOM > Properties... > If 'Show market depth' is disabled, please enabled it > OK

To check for the second cause, contact your data provider/broker and confirm that you're connection is enabled for real-time level II data.

Right you are, switched to a data account without level II depth, Thanks!

          Maybe, maybe not, that depends.

          Short answer:
Do exactly as Patrick says to do above.

          -=o=-

          Who is your broker?
          Who is your data provider?

If it is NT Brokerage, then email the NT Brokerage support staff.
(The platform support staff on this forum do not interact with or
support the brokerage side. Why? Because the SEC says so.)

          In summary,
You should contact your data provider/broker and confirm that you're
connection is enabled for real-time level II data.

          -=o=-

Are you using TopStep, Leeloo, or Apex, etc?

Then contact them, ask about Level II data for your account.

They may tell you that Rithmic requires a separate fee for Level II data.

          Pay that fee.

          Problem solved.
