TT Credits Disappearing

I just reloaded on Sunday with 100$ after 23$ disappearing over the weekend leaving my credits at -8$. It seems
every time I restart my ninja trader after placing trades, I end up having credits disappear.

I only have 51.80 in my account now, down from 92$ this Sunday and
have only placed 45 trades (individual lots). Which should be 9$ leaving me at 83$. I
I looked at my DOM report and it seems like the DOM is duplicating trades, saying I did
10x on the same number, when in reality ive only done 1.

So now in total I am out 54$ in DOM credits. over the past two weeks.

Ive emailed Ninja Trader platform support but they have been ignoring me, almost brushing it off.

Email sent, this is my 5th time trying to email support. I hope I am actually helped this time, this is unacceptable .
