Failed to verify licenses key

I recently downloaded a demo version to one of my computers and now this morning I keep getting failed licenses key. I uninstalled NT8 and reinstalled I am connected to a hard line and I've reset the computer multiple times.

This happens with NT7&NT8

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email and send them to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
