    What happened on the DAX? No candles forming

    Hello,

    the platform seems to have frozen. I cant see any new candles on the DAX for 10 minutes. I tried restarting the platform (NT8) and opening the charts on NT7. Neither of them worked. There is also a time problem. Candles are closing before the timer count down (official time). Could you please help me out.

    Same with me. All Futures Currencies and FDAX, FESX no data. CL works. Seems to me a problem with Ninja Brokerage.

      There is already a 2nd post about it not working. Hope we have a solution soon.

        Thanks for writing in today.

        We are currently looking into the issue with the Eurex exchange; I'm seeing on multiple data providers that the data ended at 9:26 AM CET and don't think it's a NinjaTrader issue or historical data server issue currently, the exchange itself may be down. I'll follow up when I have further information.

                Thanks for the fast reply. Would be good to implment some pop up message on the platform alerting this kind of issue.

                  The exchange is back up and running at this time.

                  Unfortunately, this information typically isn't transmitted to the platform when such an event occurs; I would always advise heading to the exchange website directly regarding uptime in such an event.
