Ah, OK. I haven't noticed the issue for some time so maybe it got fixed earlier. As you can see from above there was no doubt it/that it was happening, not a one-off at the time but also not always which is why when it recurred a few times I documented chapter & verse all aspects as much as I could. James spoke to Dev so perhaps they were aware & fix in the pipeline at the time/since.
It isn't the sort of thing necessarily noticed, alarming when you do, but not readily reproducible if don't know why. Sometimes it happened, mostly not.
Seeing as I haven't noticed it happen for some time, I'd guess possibly fixed earlier, else just haven't noticed.
