External Data Feed Error

Hi,
I have created a External Data Feed for ninjatrader 8 and it was working fine for several months, but since last week, I am getting error when i start the feed, the error is as follows , "Due do a market feed condition, you need to close and reopen the chart or restart NT8. Sorry for the inconvenience". Tried several restarts and even tried full clean install of NT8. Still cant figure out whats wrong?

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2500231" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
