NT Chart Timestamp

Hi guys,

I'm having problems and can't wrap my head around the NT charts timestamp.

I've imported historical data for bitcoin (1 minute OHLCV). Now using tradingview as reference (April 9th, 8 am UTC +2), the 1 minute chart looks alright to me
but when I choose a higher timeframe (15 min) in this case, the timestamp on NT's chart is 15 minutes off all of a sudden and NT's OHLC values of the same candle
are slightly different to TV's OHLC values too.
What am I missing here?

I'm trying to build a strategy on NT depending on ConnorsRSI but if the candle timestamps and OHLC values are off, the backtesting results won't be reliable really.
Trades get triggered on a 2 unit RSI, so timestamps and OHLC values need to be in sync with the exchange.

Hello ericsson,

Possibly the other platform is showing the open time of the bar and not the close time of the bar.

The data on the NinjaTrader chart should match what was imported in the file. Is this different than what is showing in the Tools > Historical Data window?
Are you seeing this is different than what is in the file that was imported?

I saw a few forum posts on that regard from a few years back (2015, 2016), where the support staff stated it's going to be proposed to the dev team to somehow incoporate the opening time instead of the closing time. I guess dev didn't like that...

I've corrected the wrong OHLC values in ninjatrader in the meantime by offsetting the timestamp of the import data by one minute
