Just a suggestion for a quick (intermediate) solution:
Ninjatrader 8 provides a drawing tool called "Order Flow Volume Profile". This existing tool could be modified by adding an anchored historical VWAP.
It should be possible to implement an anchored VWAP without much programming effort.

I have the NT8 Order Flow upgrade. I too would like to see an anchored VWAP as part of the NT8 order flow upgrade. I current use trading view's anchored vwap but their data is delayed 15 min with the free version
