Missing Coinbase Data

Hey,

I'm missing daily data for Mar 31, 2020 to April 05, 2020 on ETHUSD. I had the data on the charts a few days ago, took a screenshot and everything to present my setups, but now its missing. I've tried to reload the data series and restart the connection, but nothing changed.

Any idea why this could be happening? Any solutions?

The missing time frame makes it impossible to do a time analysis on the market. Very disappointed.

Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:

Removing Historical Data

• Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
• Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open a new chart.

You are a rockstar, thank you so much for the guidance. Problem solved.

The first time I ran through the steps, I deleted folders in the Documents\NinjaTrader8\cache...then realized i was supposed to be in db\cache. That mistake shouldn't mess anything up, right?

Thank you for the reply.

You may want to repair NinjaTrader through your Control Center to be sure to restore that files.

Just open your Windows Control Panel and select NinjaTrader 8 then Repair.
