Market Analyzer ticker no Net change and Net change when use Esignal as data feed

Regarding the Market Analyzer ticker not getting Net change and Net change % when use Esignal as data feed .I only able to get Instrument name , description and last price, data can not feed net change and net change %

I talked to support in esignal, they said it should not be , it must be ninja problem, then when I talk to Ninja , they said install the esignal friendly version, I did , but still the same

Can anyone help? Many thanks!!

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 2496199" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
