License and trading pricing problem

I would like to use NT8 to connect to IB to trade future for example, MHI in Hong Kong market.

I know that I have to pay commission for every contract to IB. https://www.interactivebrokers.com/e...590&p=futures1

I would like to ask if I buy a life time license for NT8, do I need to pay any extra commission to NT ?

In the scenario you described, you would only need to pay the commission fees through your Interactive Brokers account.

The commission fees listed on the NinjaTrader website would only apply to NinjaTrader Brokerage accounts. These commission fees do not apply to third-party brokers like Interactive Brokers.

Is the license bind with an account or bind with a PC?

Here is my possible situation. I have a PC at home for development and testing. Once the strategy is okay, I will turn off the NT8 on my home PC, and I will put all of them to VPS. Is it possible?

A live license key can be used on as many machines as you like so long as you are only running NinjaTrader on one machine at a time.
