Ninjatrader 8 not loading data when changing symbol

I made a quick demo video. Here is the link:

I first cleared the cache and the db area. Starting Ninjatrader it loaded with the stored chart for 30th March. I kept increasing the end date by one day and no data was downloaded until I got to 5th April when NT decided it would now download the data!

Note that I previously talked about EXTR but now saved the template with the symbol COP. Sorry I just realized after making the video.

Hello iq,

I was not able to confirm the requested information about the data available in the Historical Data window.

However, with the video, it does appear that when the date was changed to April 5th 2017 that the data on the chart for the COP instrument did change.
After this, the data showing on the chart was for April 5th, which appeared to be correct to me.
Do you feel that the data on the chart for April 5th should not have been showing?
